Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in developing and maturing teams or leading Agile transformations
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
- Capability to coach and educate team members on the Scrum framework and its components
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, CTC) preferred
- Strong background in Scrum/Project Management using Jira preferred
- Experience in accounting preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide teams in implementing Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives
- Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles
- Evaluate Agile maturity and suggest customized strategies
- Encourage a culture of transparency, feedback, and iterative delivery
- Work with stakeholders to eliminate barriers and promote change
