Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Conduct thorough audits and review performance reports to ensure compliance with contracts
- Compile detailed assessments regarding the contractor’s capability to perform essential business processes
- Gather and analyze statistical data from automated reports to evaluate technical, functional, and operational performance
- Reconcile results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, sharing findings with the contract manager
- Monitor and document quality assurance activities
- Provide coaching feedback to ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitate calibration sessions with departments to maintain consistency in evaluation processes
- Collaborate with management teams to promote ongoing operational enhancements
- Undertake additional duties and special projects as necessary
