Requirements
Must:
- 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management within a PMO or comparable setting
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks, report on progress, and manage risks professionally
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills focused on fostering trustful relationships
- Capacity to work in a hybrid environment in Newark, Delaware, with a commitment to fulfilling business needs
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating communication strategies, training resources, and stakeholder records
- Recognize and report potential risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution
- Collaborate with vendors, Project Management Office (PMO) members, clients, and OCM staff to deliver OCM outputs and initiatives
- Complete tasks to ensure successful communication, training, education, and project planning while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Support the execution of OCM initiatives, including the Change Champion Network, to enhance business processes and technology advancements
- Align tasks with the goals, culture, and strategies of CAI and the client organization
- Contribute to establishing short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and goals, and demonstrate effort to achieve them
- Promote teamwork with clients, PMO, vendors, and team members to back transformational initiatives
- Maintain a professional demeanor, embrace responsibility, and enhance a constructive team atmosphere
- Serve as a reliable resource to clients, ensuring user acceptance of new processes and technologies
