Requirements
Must:
- 4 years of experience in Windows Active Directory and Azure AD Identity Administration
- 2 years of experience in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Exchange Online support
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting MS Teams and OneDrive user access from the backend, including authentication, permissions, and licensing
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, as this role involves interaction with users of varying technical proficiency
- 2 years of networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and IP protocols (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in file access and recovery using Volume Shadow Services (preferred)
- 1 year of knowledge in information security (preferred)
- 1 year of documentation experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage user identities while setting up enterprise licenses and administering secure access to Active Directory and Azure resources, ensuring adherence to regulations such as HIPAA and PCI
- Administer and resolve access issues for email and collaboration platforms, including managing accounts and distribution lists
- Offer second-tier support for email and collaboration tools
- Develop and sustain PowerShell scripts to enhance identity management workflows
- Execute file recovery with Volume Shadow Services and provide user guidance for self-service file and email recovery in the cloud
- Keep comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and standards while suggesting enhancements for workflows
- Monitor and assess Help Desk requests, performing initial triage and resolution or escalating to senior technicians as necessary
- Collaborate with technical staff from other client divisions to provide joint support and solutions
- Adhere strictly to client policies, standards, and established procedures
