Requirements
Must:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Proven track record in environments with 200 or more users
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory (both on-premises and Azure)
- Experience with mobile device management and enterprise endpoint management tools
- Practical skills in support of VoIP systems, printers, and audio/video conferencing equipment
- Understanding of enterprise asset management processes and IT service desk operations
- Experience in creating technical documentation and training resources
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Capacity to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
- Valid Class C Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Availability for standard business hours and on-call emergencies or special projects
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person, phone, and remote helpdesk assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support an enterprise setup serving over 200 users
- Provision, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and VoIP phones
- Manage and support mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices
- Oversee IT asset inventory, including procurement, assignment, tracking, retirement, and disposal
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot both local and network printers
- Support audio and video conferencing systems, including setup and maintenance of relevant equipment
- Manage user and device settings in Microsoft Active Directory
- Provide assistance with Windows 11 endpoints and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Offer operational support for various enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot and support VoIP systems
- Create, revise, and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures
- Conduct end-user training and develop pre-recorded training videos
- Maintain support for locomotive passenger Wi-Fi and information systems
- Be available for emergency assistance during weekends and holidays
- Lift and transport equipment as necessary
- Travel locally to support different Authority facilities
