Requirements
Must:
- 3-5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management
- Familiarity with project methodologies within a Waterfall framework
- Knowledge of Enterprise Technologies and their implementations
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and resolving issues
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering business presentations and engaging with large audiences
- HR competencies including team development, performance assessments, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale IT operational fleet projects, guiding them from initiation to handover to the Deployment Team for execution
- Facilitate collaboration across teams, manage business and IT expectations, define project scope, and handle documentation
- Validate project budgets, supervise procurement processes, facilitate design discussions, and secure necessary approvals
- Communicate updates and project details to senior management through discussions and official presentations
- Develop and oversee project timelines, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment of project objectives with IT strategic goals
- Assist with deployment activities as required, including the planning and execution of IT scope for Dry Docks
