Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer networking, information technology, or a closely related discipline
- At least four years of professional experience in information technology, particularly in business analysis, server management, or network design/administration
- Proficiency with IT business applications that support software development projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or SQL database management
- Experience in SQL data modeling and data analytics
- Understanding of ETL pipelines
- Background in supporting or integrating payment processing systems
- Familiarity with legacy system modernization projects
- Competence in Python scripting
- Experience in providing compliance support
- Valid California class C drivers license and a clean driving record required throughout employment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess system requirements and identify technical needs, offering technology solutions to enhance operations
- Plan, ascertain requirements, design, develop, customize, test, implement, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems, integrating network infrastructure and other systems
- Deliver professional customer support for issues related to system software or hardware
- Foster productive relationships with vendors and technical support teams; oversee contractors; evaluate and install critical updates and security enhancements; create and assess backup and restoration procedures
- Conduct research, compile cost data, and make recommendations for hardware and/or software solutions
- Create web applications, business objects, server components, and data interfaces
- Manage database security and conduct disaster recovery system administration tests
- Develop software programs and/or scripts using various programming languages and database systems
- Construct, configure, install, maintain, and manage server platforms
- Design, administer, and monitor physical and data storage solutions
