Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in developing complex applications within an object-oriented environment
- Proficient in Visual Basic and C# for application development
- 5+ years of experience working with XML, CSS, and HTML
- 5+ years of strong experience with SQL Server or a similar relational database management system
- Familiarity with source code management tools
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Experience with issue tracking management tools
- Understanding of concepts related to public safety, criminal justice, training and certification, or financial systems
- Exposure to Telerik .NET UI controls
Responsibilities
- Develop and design software solutions tailored to user needs
- Establish test plans and acceptance criteria for technical components
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements
- Conduct detailed design and product testing
- Follow programming standards and best practices
- Manage and log time spent on all work activities
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate status updates clearly
- Anticipate and troubleshoot issues related to the teams activities
- Identify, document, and monitor issues, risks, and action items
