Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Angular versions 7 through 15
- Demonstrated capability in leading Angular upgrade initiatives from legacy frameworks (AngularJS)
- Experience mentoring development teams and conducting code quality reviews
- Ability to guide and reinforce best coding practices
- Knowledge of system architecture design, security protocols, and integration patterns
- Practical experience in designing, developing, and testing enterprise applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to function effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days on-site)
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in transitioning client applications from AngularJS to Angular 15
- Comprehend functional requirements and technical specifications to create effective technical solutions
- Design, develop, and test software applications as both a contributor and team leader
- Establish system architecture, technology standards, integration patterns, and data flows
- Ensure adherence to architectural governance, security standards, and best design practices
- Perform code and architecture evaluations to uphold quality and coherence
- Mentor development team members and advise on best coding practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee timely completion and alignment with business goals
