Must:
- All experience must be hands-on in programming and integration areas. Ability to work independently and as part of a matrixed team with changing requirements.
- Ability to generate briefs, design, and software-related documentation at all levels.
- Ability to brief customers and others on status, provide demonstrations, and support customer engagement.
- Proficient in working within RHEL, Windows environments (Virtual, Hybrid, Physical, and Cloud - AWS, Azure).
- Experience in building, designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications and services using various tools such as JAVA, .NET, Angular, Node, JavaScript, Materialize, and complex queries/views for web-based applications.
- Experience in building, deploying, and configuring containers on multiple platforms (Kubernetes, Docker EE, RHEL PodMan, Openshift).
- Familiarity with NiFi, Kafka, and other tools to support data ingestion/export for streaming various data formats.
- Experience integrating with identity management tools for CAC, PKI, and Single Sign-On requirements as well as multi-factor authentication.
- Knowledge of build and release processes with Di2E and other SecDevOps and CI/CD environments, including handling build branches and release processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical fields.
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be able to attain a Polygraph.
- Desired: Experience working in the DoD/IC community, building CI/CD pipelines, Microservices Frameworks for enterprise scaling in Cloud/Virtual environments, and test automation.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, I will provide hands-on technical engineering expertise and develop services, systems, and interfaces in coordination with government and other engineers to ensure that system requirements are met as each subsystem is identified, developed, integrated, and validated. I must be adaptable to work in a changing environment and interact with multiple contractors, vendors, and government personnel while working at the customer site. I am expected to contribute innovative and forward-thinking technology solutions to align the customer with modernization initiatives that support Object-Based and Activity-Based Intelligence with multiple data streams.
