Requirements

Must:
- You must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. - A Bachelor's degree is preferable in an IT-related field, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience; a Master’s with 4 years, or an Associate’s with 8 years of experience will also be considered. - You should have extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and its application in ServiceNow, including familiarity with ServiceNow Glide. - A ServiceNow developer certification is required, ideally as a Certified System Administrator (CSA). - You must have a strong understanding and support for best practices in workflow and process management across commercial and federal sectors. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate with industry partners are essential. - Ability to efficiently estimate work effort requirements. - Effective communication skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment. - Strong public speaking abilities and a professional demeanor are necessary. - Experience with scrum and agile frameworks, including task management, conducting stand-ups, sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and documentation creation.

Responsibilities

- You will develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform, which may include ITSM, SPM, PPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, HR Module, Change Management, and Custom Development. - You are expected to develop and unit test, conduct code reviews, and assist in building the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery. - Customization of ServiceNow applications and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules will be a key part of your role, along with configuring application UI, workflow, and API. - You will create and maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environments. - Collaboration with other ServiceNow administrators will be necessary to develop solutions and manage general updates and configuration changes/requests. - You will engage with Mission Partners to outline their IT goals and provide advice for re-engineering business processes to achieve those objectives. - Expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000) will be part of your responsibilities. - You may need to facilitate group discussions, interview candidates, provide training, and engage in various forms of knowledge transfer. - Acting as a primary coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering tasks is also required. - You will promote awareness training and implementation of business processes. - Development of process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans will be essential. - You will lead or contribute to requirements presentations to leadership and Mission Partners as necessary. - Coordination with various departments within and outside the customer’s organization to complete project tasks will also be expected.
