Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in information technology (IT) or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management across various methodologies
- Proficiency in documenting and managing project workflows using industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Proven success in project management
- At least two (2) years of experience in team settings and implementing healthcare systems involving HL7v2 / FHIR / CCD / Clinical data
- A minimum of three (3) years managing healthcare clients
- Experience with clinical data-driven quality and functionality
- Familiarity with best practices in quality management preferred
- PMP certification is highly preferred

- Strong grasp of contemporary project management practices
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to adopt premier processes and tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of analytical ability to solve complex issues

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the comprehensive execution of intricate technical projects related to LANES HIE, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create extensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource distribution, while monitoring progress and identifying potential risks
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
- Facilitate change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes, providing training and support for successful implementation
