Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Demonstrated capability to manage enterprise-level projects effectively
- Solid understanding of business principles and stakeholder management
- Proficient in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define the projects scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on best practices in Agile and Scrum for continuous improvement
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp requirements and strategic objectives
- Ensure backlog prioritization aligns with business value and return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor sprint metrics, project velocity, and overall project health
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and executive stakeholders
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams such as Business, Product, Engineering, and QA
