Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in License Management and Compliance - Proficient in software license tracking, allocation, and reconciliation - Familiarity with compliance audits and true-up preparations - Knowledge of vendor licensing models (Microsoft M365, Office 365, third-party software) - Skills in renewal management, entitlement validation, and usage optimization - Expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management including end-to-end software lifecycle - Experience in onboarding/offboarding governance and access controls - Ability to decommission and reclaim unused licenses - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards) - Basic SQL skills for data extraction and validation - Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualizations - Understanding of license utilization, cost optimization, and forecasting analysis - Familiarity with ITAM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and SCCM - Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and SharePoint - Knowledge of SAM governance frameworks and policy development - Experience in procurement coordination and vendor management - Ability to validate and approve license requests - Skills in cost analysis and optimization initiatives - Capable of cross-functional collaboration with IT, Helpdesk, Security, Procurement, and Leadership
