Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Over 5 years of pertinent experience or the expertise required to excel in this role
- Extensive experience with PowerShell scripting and designing enterprise-level Power Apps and Power Automate for automation and platform management
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including integration patterns involving Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD
- Experience in managing enterprise-level changes and facilitating cross-departmental communication
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices, focusing on secure application design and data governance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven tools for enhancing solution development and automation
- Expert-level proficiency in Power Platform development, particularly with Dataverse and custom connectors
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, permissions, and governance
- Ability to lead modernization initiatives for platforms and encourage the adoption of new technologies
- Skilled in formulating technical standards, best practices, and training materials
- Strong project management abilities capable of guiding cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic enterprise setting
- Excellent communication skills to influence various organizational levels
- Capability to coach and guide technical teams
Responsibilities
- Direct the design, governance, and management of SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments while ensuring alignment with corporate architecture and business objectives
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline operations and deliver tangible value
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to convert strategic objectives into technical plans and actionable solutions
- Act as the highest-level escalation point for any SharePoint and Power Platform challenges, facilitating root cause analysis and the resolution of intricate incidents
- Establish and enforce governance policies, security protocols, and compliance frameworks for all solutions
- Monitor and enhance the performance, availability, and user experience of the platform through proactive tuning and automation
- Create and uphold detailed documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user training materials
- Work alongside the IT Security team to ensure compliance with organizational security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements
- Encourage the use of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to automate administrative processes, boost productivity, and support secure solution development
