Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in test methodology for sensor systems, specifically EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor systems or equivalent applicable experience in development or production programs.
- Bachelors degree in a related STEM field or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in developing and executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment for EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor systems and ROICs.
- Experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, and the integration, verification, and validation of complex EO/IR systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with Test Management, IPT leaders, engineers, program managers, and clients.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
Responsibilities
- Support integration, verification, and validation (IV&V), design verification testing (DVT), and production testing for EO/IR Focal Plane Array Sensor Systems.
- Develop test plans and carry out product test activities that align with engineering and production objectives.
- Assist the Test Architect in crafting and implementing the test architecture from proposal to production, while contributing to the test system design.
- Work collaboratively with operations and manufacturing teams to promote efficient product flow, provide actionable metrics, reduce cycle time, and enhance yield.
