Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)
- Over 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office to produce status updates, project outlines, and operational instructions
- More than 5 years of experience in writing, editing, and maintaining existing software using LabVIEW
- At least 3 years of experience in writing, editing, and maintaining existing software with Test Stand
- 3+ years in analyzing and resolving technical issues
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience in collaborative team environments
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve outcomes
- Experience in leading teams towards meeting project milestones
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and testing solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components and systems
- Transform customer contractual needs into effective system test solutions while considering technical, scheduling, and financial limitations
- Define functional and technical specifications and standards, and troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues
- Establish parameters for input/output and ensure seamless integration of systems or subsystems
- Review, assess, and derive testability requirements; develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive test plans, methodologies, and schedules for systems or subsystems
- Coordinate testing activities across subsystems and collaborate with various programs and organizations
- Analyze test outcomes and compose detailed evaluation reports verifying and validating system performance
- Author discrepancy reports and conduct regression testing to confirm fixes to software and system components
