System Integration Test Engineer

- Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and testing solutions for both in-house developed and commercial components - Translate customer contractual demands into effective system test solutions, considering technical, scheduling, and budget constraints - Create and refine functional and technical specifications and standards, addressing hardware/software interface challenges - Define input/output parameters, ensuring holistic integration of systems or subsystems - Review and evaluate requirements for testability; create and oversee the development and execution of detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems/subsystems - Organize and facilitate subsystem/system testing activities in collaboration with programs and various organizations - Analyze test results and generate comprehensive evaluation reports to confirm and validate system performance - Compose discrepancy reports and conduct integration regression testing to verify and validate adjustments to software, components, subsystems, and systems - Support overall sensor system integration, qualification, and verification - Develop and execute subsystem/system-level tests, including preparation of necessary test equipment and facilities - Conduct environmental testing (ESS, EMI, Thermal) and acceptance testing (ATP, FTP) - Ensure environmental qualification and EMI testing are completed at both the subsystem and system levels as required - Collaborate with other functional groups on maintaining Interface Control Documents (ICDs) - Assist in test readiness preparation and participate in test readiness reviews - Support ground and flight test events as required.
