Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD)

- Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECM)
- Ability to interpret and create Engineering Drawings
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or comparable software
- Skills in Failure Analysis
- Knowledge of Layout Drawings
- Competence in Performance Analytics
- Background in Requirements Engineering
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- Strong communication techniques are an advantage
- Familiarity with MATLAB Simulink is a plus
- Experience in Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement
- Skills in Stakeholder Communication
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and report on the impact of changes to the elevator system, whether from components or sub-systems
- Develop dimensional and performance studies, along with cost-benefit analyses and prototypes
- Create test plans and code requirement studies for affected sub-systems
- Collect and decompose elevator requirements from stakeholders into specific sub-system requirements
- Interface with various value streams, including supply chain and marketing, to ensure compliance with requirements
- Participate in product support activities, applying root cause analysis and other engineering tools
- Implement Engineering Change notices, leveraging expertise in engineering implementation processes
