Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelors Degree in RF / Microwave Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in RF/Microwave Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting microwave circuits.
- Proficiency with RF/microwave test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
- Capability to review and interpret technical documents, specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data is essential.
- Professional experience in the aerospace or defense sector is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated academic success in RF engineering is desired.
- Familiarity with RF/microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools is beneficial.
- Skills in troubleshooting designs and addressing integration issues are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly sought after.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting is essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing of intricate multi-function modules for high-reliability applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex circuits for advanced electronic modules, including amplifiers, mixers, switches, and frequency generation/conversion circuits.
- Provide technical assistance to enhance our manufacturing operations and resolve assembly and testing challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware engineers, systems engineers, circuit design engineers, technicians, and manufacturing support staff.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development from diverse engineering disciplines.

Our RF Engineer role is located in Chelmsford, MA, offering a competitive pay range of $68-79 per hour for a 12-month contract.
