Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced lab setting supporting both development and testing
- Hands-on familiarity with hardware integration processes
- Expertise in server configuration, networking (including switches and cabling), and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Background in hardware setup, inventory management, and client interaction
- Strong organizational and communication capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and support radar system testing in a dynamic laboratory environment
- Set up and maintain radar string environments, including servers, network switches, cabling, and power systems
- Handle hardware configuration, installation, and management of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Oversee lab operations including inventory management, equipment shipping, and coordination with IT and engineering teams
- Assist with hardware-in-the-loop testing to ensure accurate system representation of real radar configurations
- Mentor team members on string setup using defined procedures and documentation
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external visitors, such as clients and test site personnel
- Provide regular updates to management regarding lab conditions, equipment availability, and operational concerns
