Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, focusing on AI integration
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and models
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Beneficial: Masters Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Nice to have: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, TensorFlow Developer Certificate
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications within existing processes
- Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI models
- Ensure AI models align with business objectives and provide actionable insights
- Analyze current workflows to discover areas for automation and optimization using AI
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and assess the impact of AI solutions on business operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into AI solutions
- Clearly and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Provide training and support for team members and end-users on AI tools and methodologies
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in AI and data analytics
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying new tools, techniques, and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and collaborative projects to share knowledge and improve team skills
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security within AI systems
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices for data management and AI ethics
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
