IT systems analyst - Microsoft SQL & Linux

- Function as the IT expert on Synapse (Made4net) WMS billing features - Configure and maintain billing processes, rate frameworks, and transaction workflows - Oversee vendor relations, including issues, defects, and improvements - Ensure optimal system performance, dependability, and alignment with business objectives - Acquire knowledge of new systems rapidly and incorporate them into existing infrastructure - Construct and uphold ETL/ELT pipelines and system connections - Oversee data management across databases, data lakes, and lakehouse platforms - Create financial and operational data models - Produce scalable reports using Power BI and Excel - Guarantee comprehensive accuracy of billing system workflows - Implement automated validations, audit checks, and controls - Collaborate with Finance to refine billing setups and outputs meeting customer demands - Serve as a technical intermediary converting business needs into system and data solutions - Facilitate communication among IT, Finance, and Operations teams - Assist analysts by providing dependable data frameworks and reporting tools - Advise on system functionalities, limitations, and best practices - Identify areas for automation and process enhancement - Spearhead upgrades to financial systems and enterprise integrations - Enhance data architecture, reporting efficiency, and usability - Participate in analytics, data, and AI strategy initiatives - Assess AI-based solutions (Microsoft Copilot, Fabric AI, ML models) to boost billing accuracy and anomaly detection
