Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred. - Strong skills in software troubleshooting and desktop support are essential. - Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, etc.). - Familiarity with computer networking principles and practices. - Experience working with Windows operating systems. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for software troubleshooting, addressing user inquiries and promptly resolving issues. - Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions through Active Directory. - Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and resolve technical incidents. - Assist users with desktop support, including installation and configuration. - Manage help desk tickets using Service Now to track and ensure timely issue resolution. - Communicate effectively with users to comprehend their technical problems and offer clear instructions for solutions. - Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues as needed. - Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions for future reference.
