Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, managing multiple clients, preferably within the small-to-medium business sector.
- At least 5 years of experience with various Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Entra, and Intune.
- A minimum of 5 years of advanced virtualization experience, ideally in VMware.
- At least 5 years of experience in network design and support, covering business-grade switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and routers.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with various security solutions such as EDR, MDR, IPS/IDS, and other threat monitoring systems.
- Demonstrable experience in one or more cloud-based technologies, including Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
- Proven experience in our core areas of expertise, such as security compromise and system breach prevention/remediation, cloud migrations, on-premises to Office 365 conversions, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, infrastructure refreshes, and network creation and optimization.
Responsibilities
- I will lead project management efforts by staying organized, developing timelines and deliverables, and communicating clearly with clients. I should be capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously using our project management system.
- I will adopt a consultative approach to identify opportunities for improving our clients' systems and infrastructure, including recommending hardware, software, and network upgrades.
- I will design, implement, and manage infrastructure, cloud, and automation solutions.
- I will provide support for servers, networks, desktops, and cloud platforms, both on-site and remotely.
- I will serve as the primary IT resource for assigned clients.
- I will oversee cloud migrations, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure refreshes.
- I will manage multiple client engagements and project timelines effectively.
- I will communicate succinctly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
