Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Expert-level cybersecurity/IAM certification (e.g., CIAM, CIDPRO, CISSP, CCSP, CASP, CISM)
- 10 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity
- At least 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for IAM platforms and services
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of IAM solutions for joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes
- Oversee integrations between IAM platforms, directories, HR systems, cloud services, and enterprise applications
- Engage in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution
- Define and enforce IAM architecture standards and operational best practices
- Ensure timely resolution of all IAM-related incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams
- Support access reviews, certifications, and audit activities
- Monitor IAM operational health and manage risk remediation
- Assist with platform upgrades and enhancements
- Communicate technical risks and operational status to leadership
- Mentor and develop a team of IAM engineers and analysts
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and development of IAM talent
- Set team priorities and manage workflow
- Ensure documentation of IAM processes and standards is comprehensive
- Cultivate a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the team
