Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations Manager

- Lead and provide operational guidance across security operations and engineering functions - Manage daily security operations, including monitoring, alert triage, incident response, and escalation while adhering to established protocols - Ensure the engineering and reliability of key security platforms, such as SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools - Forge and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to integrate security into workflows - Uphold operational discipline, including shift coverage and incident communication - Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents - Document security incidents, capture lessons learned, and track corrective actions - Drive improvements in detection, response, and automation capabilities by analyzing incident trends and operational gaps - Coordinate with teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities - Conduct Red & Blue teaming and Incident Response tabletop exercises - Adapt security tools and processes to respond to emerging threats
