Technical Product Owner - Agile, Software

- Lead, organize, and facilitate project working sessions throughout the entire design-driven development cycle, including product visioning, scoping, problem statement discussions, user research workshops, requirement refinements, workflow diagramming, usability testing, and other ad-hoc product design sessions - Collaborate closely with product management teams to ensure alignment of the product strategy and vision with overall business objectives - Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with a diverse team to accurately capture business needs - Work with key stakeholders, architectural leads, and UX designers to develop an experience and technical solution that meets program-level goals and vision - Partner directly with Product, Business, and development teams to create and maintain Lean Business Case requirements - Collaborate across release trains (program level) and value streams (portfolio level) - Work alongside Program Management to address and escalate project issues, removing obstacles for UX/UI Designers and Architecture teams - Assist Program Management in preparing weekly status updates to keep project leaders informed of critical items and progress - Provide guidance and mentorship to product owners and team members - Create narratives detailing project outcomes and insights through case studies - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product ownership practices within the design-driven development team.
