Requirements
Must:
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering
- 4+ years of expertise in Quadient Inspire CCM
- Proficient in Ricoh Process Director
- Strong skills in workflow and template creation and automation
- Experience with data mapping and schema design
- Knowledge in CCM output management
- Ability to integrate with enterprise data systems
- Familiarity with the complete SDLC and Agile development methodologies
- Preferred experience in the finance domain
Responsibilities
- Implement customer communications and output management solutions
- Develop workflows based on Quadient CCM
- Collaborate with Ricoh Process Director for effective output management
- Analyze and optimize existing templates
- Create templates, workflows, data mappings, and schema definitions
- Apply automation scripts for bulk, individual, on-demand, and postal packaging processes
- Enhance communications to reflect changes in business processes
- Integrate with enterprise data systems and printing solutions
- Support various SDLC phases including requirements gathering, design, coding, unit testing, and maintenance
- Work in Agile environments, preferably within the financial sector
