Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with over 8 years of experience in a combined functional QA and SDET role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies.
- Proficient in developing and executing both manual and automated test cases, focusing on automation.
- Skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript commonly used in test automation.
- Experienced in SCRUM/Agile methodologies and the ability to facilitate rapid development cycles.
- Familiar with Jira, TestRail, and automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Capable of independent work as well as collaboration with diverse teams, including management and stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Participate thoroughly in QA testing across multiple system interfaces, with a strong emphasis on automation.
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive automated test plans, supplemented by strategic manual testing for thorough coverage.
- Convert requirements documents into detailed automated test scripts and scenarios.
- Enhance overall testing strategies by incorporating advanced automation frameworks and tools.
- Grasp the complexities involved in testing various cloud-based application interfaces.
- Work in collaboration with analytical teams to create strong testing packages that blend automated and manual tests.
- Implement and oversee automated testing frameworks, playing a crucial role in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Adapt to the shifting priorities of a fast-paced work environment and communicate progress to all stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrate strong experience in using functional spreadsheets and scripting for testing automation.
