Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical
- At least 2 completed PeopleSoft HCM project implementations with full lifecycle experience
- Proficient in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interface, PS Query, Application Designer, and Application Broker
- Experience with integration technologies such as SuccessFactors, MuleSoft, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to work independently with technical and business teams
- Familiarity with global delivery environments
Responsibilities
- Implement and provide support for PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2), including upgrade processes
- Conduct requirement gathering, impact analysis, development, testing, and production rollout activities
- Design and establish integrations between PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors utilizing Integration Broker, MuleSoft, and REST & SOAP APIs
- Create technical and functional design documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and global teams across various projects
