Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in Software Development
- Proficient in Backend Java Development
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Spring Boot, or React JS, along with RDBMS or NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices
- Experience implementing Order Management Systems (OMS) for retail, especially in Inventory Management or Sourcing, is advantageous
- Familiar with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB), as well as web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
- Experience with development tools including IDEs, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle
- Proficient in testing frameworks such as JUnit, Jest, JMeter, and Selenium
- Experience integrating with backend systems
- Proven track record in enterprise-level software development
- Experience in a client-facing role, translating business requirements into software specifications and participating in client workshops
- Capable of conducting code reviews and merging Pull requests
Responsibilities
- Participate in the engineering team focused on delivering high-quality enterprise software for retail clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their business needs into technical solutions
- Engage in the development of backend applications and microservices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed during the merge process
- Work with development tools and methodologies to enhance software performance and reliability
- Participate in client workshops to gather and clarify software requirements
- Implement and maintain Order Management Systems (OMS) with a focus on inventory management
- Integrate various backend systems as needed
- Ensure software quality through testing and debugging processes
