Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are preferred
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git and Copado
- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources
- Experience in Agile Application Development
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and Platform
- Exposure to Azure deployment processes in CI/CD is a plus
- Experience with GitHub and Salesforce Lightning Web Components is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and create detailed system process flows to guide the design and development phases
- Design, code, test, and implement tailored Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
- Develop and update documentation related to processes, policies, application configurations, and user support materials
- Ensure business requirements are reflected in Salesforce functionality by customizing the platform as required
- Generate reports, dashboards, and processes to continually evaluate data quality and integrity
- Build custom applications and integrations utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs
- Offer technical support and training to Salesforce end-users
- Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare systems for upgrades
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and oversee other integrations
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features to suggest enhancements for processes
- Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Partner with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and testing activities
