Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in relevant roles
- Proficient in Azure Databricks
- Experienced with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Strong knowledge of Apache Spark
- Extensive background in ETL and Data Engineering
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing
- Understanding of cloud-based data architecture
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Construct scalable workflows for data ingestion and transformation based on business criteria
- Develop data processing solutions employing Azure Databricks and Apache Spark
- Work closely with business teams to collect and confirm data requirements
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance checks
- Enhance data pipelines for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
- Generate and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for operational insights
- Diagnose data issues and ensure accuracy throughout the pipelines
- Document workflows, solutions, and best practices for future reference
