Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Chargeback, Credit & Collections, Master Data, or Rebate
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Access
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
- Familiarity with various databases and query authoring
- Willingness to learn and utilize new tools such as Python, Power BI, and Qlik
- Understanding of data governance principles
- Expertise in Financial Statements, Chargebacks, Rebates, and Model N
- Background in Chargebacks and Rebates within the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
- Experience with SAP is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop metrics and reporting for the Customer Financial Services (CFS) department
- Design and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the CFS department
- Provide insights and feedback to the Senior Director based on analysis
- Create and maintain dashboards for the CFS group to assist management in decision-making
- Identify actionable items through data analysis
- Collaborate with team members to support data-driven initiatives
