Scrum Master - Hybrid

- Ensure adherence to project operational standards and processes for task reporting, defects, and time tracking - Organize and lead project status meetings, working sessions, and scrum ceremonies as needed - Prepare and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, release notes, and deployment plans - Create, update, and maintain dashboards in Microsoft Azure DevOps - Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain the project work plan - Work alongside the Product Owner to coordinate project timelines - Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, including regular reviews and knowledge transfer with minimal project disruption - Communicate all requirements, project plans, and changes to stakeholders and update relevant documentation in Azure DevOps - Manage relationships and facilitate collaboration between teams across various locations - Define release scope and timeline, emphasizing timely value delivery - Work with the team to identify and resolve impediments - Seek managerial assistance for removing obstacles faced by the team - Represent the project team in various meetings - Develop project and work plans for assigned program segments - Balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks, making adjustments as required - Measure and monitor progress and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery - Secure buy-in from senior management on key project plans, commitments, and changes - Define roles and expectations for team members and ensure effective use of project resources - Assist in team development, ensuring accountability for commitments while removing roadblocks - Leverage organizational resources to enhance project capacity - Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and monitoring progress - Foster a customer-centric team culture that upholds high work and ethical standards - Maintain a relentless focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
