Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce, demonstrating strong architectural leadership
- Proficient in Salesforce Platform
- Expertise in Apex programming
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with Triggers
- Experience with Litify
- Proven track record of creating and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture models
- Preferred certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and define the comprehensive Salesforce architectural design, ensuring it meets scalability and performance goals while aligning with business objectives
- Make decisions regarding technology stack modifications to adapt to changing business requirements
- Collaborate with integration teams to create interfaces with systems such as SAP, GBI, and MuleSoft
- Engage in architecture and solution design workshops with both business and technical stakeholders
- Offer technical guidance and direction to offshore teams, ensuring thorough analysis and documentation
- Review and validate design artifacts and technical solutions generated by offshore teams
- Work with core technical leads to establish and manage the end-to-end system architecture
- Break down complex enterprise systems into manageable, modular components for easier handling
- Recommend appropriate software, hardware, and integration approaches
- Collaborate with Business Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and Product Owners to outline the application roadmap and high-level execution strategy
Description
We are excited to invite applications for an experienced Salesforce Architect to guide solution design and architecture for large-scale Salesforce implementations. This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, offering a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite and two days remote. We value strong stakeholder interaction and the ability to work with offshore teams while integrating with partners. This position is a contract opportunity with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. We believe in fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
