Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Quality Management, or a relevant field
- Over 10 years of experience in policy analysis and quality assurance within intricate systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL)
- Extensive experience in crafting master test strategies and detailed test scripts for comprehensive validation of system functionalities and requirements
- Proven success in authoring and revising corporate policies and procedures
- Outstanding analytical and writing abilities; capacity to convert business process changes into practical policies
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, able to influence executives and cross-functional teams
- Proven history of leading quality assurance initiatives and advancing continuous improvement efforts
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of existing company policies and standard operating procedures impacted by Keystone
- Create and maintain the Keystone Policy Impact Register to track required updates, approvals, or training
- Identify outdated, conflicting, or redundant policies and coordinate their updates or obsolescence with Enterprise Operations
- Collaborate with relevant policy and process owners to draft or revise policies, procedures, and process maps in accordance with standardized S2P and CLM workflows enabled by Infor and Icertis
- Work with the Change Management Lead to communicate policy updates and refresh employee training materials
- Develop and manage the testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression) across all systems
- Author and supervise the execution of test cases linked to compliance, financial accuracy, and system integrations
- Validate workflows during the integration testing phase
- Monitor defect tracking and support resolution efforts
- Validate cross-system data and accounting accuracy in end-to-end testing
- Maintain a clear traceability between requirements, design choices, and testing results
- Assist in readiness assessments and milestone evaluations
Description

This role is essential in evaluating policy impacts, supporting design decisions, and overseeing testing and data validation across multiple systems such as Icertis, Infor LN, and Costpoint.
