Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or managing HRIS or HCM systems; experience with Oracle HCM is a plus - Background in administrative, operational, or support roles within HR, HRIS, or a professional services setting is advantageous - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with web-based systems - Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher is preferred - Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for HRIS support, addressing and prioritizing incoming tickets and inquiries via the HR Helpdesk - Provide daily administrative support for Oracle HCM modules, including performance, reporting, and assistance with HR Helpdesk tickets - Monitor, document, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution and effective communication with stakeholders - Assist internal clients by answering functional inquiries, troubleshooting basic system challenges, and directing users to relevant resources - Collaborate with HRIS team members to facilitate problem resolution and ongoing system functionality - Develop, update, and oversee HRIS documentation, including user guides, process maps, FAQs, and instructions - Aid in documenting business processes, minor system modifications, and operational procedures with meticulous attention to detail - Contribute to knowledge management systems to enable consistent service delivery and minimize recurring inquiries - Execute routine operational and maintenance tasks within Oracle Cloud HCM - Ensure system data and content accuracy, consistency, and integrity - Assist with auditing system settings, user roles, and access to support data governance and compliance needs - Support testing and verification activities related to system updates, enhancements, or fixes - Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative workflows and enhancing efficiency in support functions - Offer administrative support for standard and custom HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher - Help monitor existing reports and integrations, escalating issues when data discrepancies or failures occur - Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, promptness, and usability - Adhere to established security and privacy protocols when managing people data - Work alongside HR stakeholders and HRIS team members to promote effective adoption and utilization of HR systems - Engage in issue tracking and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint - Exhibit adaptability and readiness to assist with project-based or urgent administrative requirements as necessary

You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for our Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, focusing on Performance Management.
