Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Proficient in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management processes
- Strong ability to strategize and facilitate discussions with client teams on process mapping, integrations, data migrations, and testing strategies regarding OTL and Absence modules
- Solid understanding of HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, and Visual Builder Studio
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud functionalities, including Global HR, Security, and Payroll
- Skill in conveying intricate technological solutions to varied teams including technical, business, and management
- Previous experience in managing teams of 5 or more is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively
- Lead discussions and strategize with clients regarding process mapping and integration tasks
- Facilitate data migrations and develop comprehensive testing strategies for OTL and Absence modules
- Utilize HCM technical tools for various reporting and development tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate solutions clearly
- Manage a team effectively to ensure project objectives are met
- Ensure the successful integration of Kronos with Time and Labor systems
