Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in visual/graphic design, interaction design, and user-centered design
- Proven experience in designing for mobile and/or responsive web platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/IA projects, including task flows, site maps, and wireframes
- Extensive proficiency with Figma
- Capability to produce clean, visually coherent designs
- Skill in communicating complex design concepts effectively to diverse audiences
- Track record of managing multiple design tasks while meeting competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience in developing wireframes, visual graphics, interactive mockups, user workflows, and prototypes for usability testing
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
- Collaborative team player with a focus on internal client engagement
- Competence in giving and receiving design feedback within a team
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, user researchers, and clinicians to gain insights into healthcare, business, and user requirements
- Enhance overall flow and design through a user-centered approach
- Work alongside user interface designers, UX designers, web developers, and UX managers to convert information architecture and navigation into user-friendly, appealing designs
- Engage in user studies to gather ongoing feedback for design refinement
- Create impactful and targeted designs informed by user needs and workflows
- Ensure designs integrated effectively address healthcare friction and delays
- Partner with the team to facilitate a robust design critique process
