Requirements
Must:
- Technical Degree or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in analytics and systems development
- High proficiency in SQL and database management
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Practical experience in creating process documentation and reports
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights
- Experience with Business Objects
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundations
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible, JIRA, ADO, Artifactory, Teams, MIRO, Lucid is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed management plans for each project, ensuring clear communication throughout all levels
- Conduct, assess, and relay thorough quality assurance during all phases of systems development
- Identify and specify user requirements for operational systems to enhance usability
- Collaborate with various stakeholder teams across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) to prepare necessary analysis and documentation, ensuring effective communication with production, management, and executive teams
- Continuously assess and relay systems requirements while maintaining processes, including delivering monthly status reports to all relevant parties
- Create and revise internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering specifications and documentation
- Perform daily systems analytics to enhance effectiveness and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with partners for effective systems integration, addressing inquiries and concerns from managers and executives with informed research and recommendations
