Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of experience in the administration, support, and development of ArcGIS applications
- 5-10 years of experience in managing and supporting ArcFM applications
- Proficiency in Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and .net (C#) programming languages
- Experience with deploying and administering ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server)
- Skilled in system monitoring and performance optimization
- Able to publish services and manage user roles and permissions
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including server support, security, and DBA
- Competence in understanding project requirements and sharing best practices
- Ability to provide updates on support tickets to client SMEs
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by end-users of enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Windows servers and FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide development and technical support for the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM Enterprise GIS systems
- Develop minor enhancements using various programming tools and languages
- Support ConED Landbase applications, including new development and addressing troubleshooting requests
- Deploy and manage ArcGIS Enterprise systems and server sites
- Monitor system performance and apply necessary adjustments for optimization
- Publish services while overseeing user roles and associated privileges
- Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, and DBA to ensure seamless operations
- Adapt work hours to cover shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including rotation on weekends
- Maintain communication with the client SME regarding ticket statuses and troubleshooting conclusions
- Resolve user-reported issues in enterprise applications efficiently
