Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Familiarity with Adobe Launch / WebSDK
- Competence in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON for data integration
- SQL / RDBMS experience is a plus
- Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target is desirable
- Background in offer decisioning or personalization logic is beneficial
- Preferred certification: Adobe Certified Expert in Journey Optimizer
- Certification in Adobe Experience Platform or RTCDP is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer journeys and campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Implement orchestration logic, audience targeting, and decision-making processes
- Create custom actions and events for personalized real-time experiences
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Manage segmented audiences and oversee activation workflows
- Utilize data from Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and AEP for insights
- Develop dashboards and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with consent management, security measures, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with marketing, data engineering, and creative teams
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Scrum
Description
We are looking for a skilled AJO Developer to join our team in either Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA for a duration of 6 months. This role is hands-on and requires an onsite presence from day one, as remote work is not an option. As part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing omnichannel customer journeys with the Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You will be collaborating with various teams and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.
