Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Proficient in AI Development with Agentic AI and Azure OpenAI
- Skilled in LLM, ML, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Knowledgeable in .Net (C#, VB.Net), HTML, JavaScript, and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of designing and implementing AI agentic solutions based on business and technical needs
- Experienced in developing technical specifications, designs, and architectural artifacts
- Able to break down business challenges into logical tasks and think outside the box
- Proficient in code analysis to understand implementation
- Effective in managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
- Preferred skills include familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD methodologies
- Understanding of API/Services (REST & SOAP), MS Office, Google Suite, and OnBase Unity Client
- Committed to educating and mentoring developers in best practices
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum, Trello, Kanban, SAFe, Lean principles, and the software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL Process
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions in alignment with our mission and public-sector standards
- Define comprehensive AI architectures encompassing data ingestion, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes
- Provide technical direction, prepare architectural documentation for approvals, and mentor internal teams and system integrators
- Ensure adherence to Arizonas security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance regulations (including PII, HIPAA, CJIS when applicable)
- Establish reference architectures and best practices for ethical and compliant AI utilization across our organization
- Assess and integrate AI platforms, cloud services, and vendor solutions while working with procurement and legal teams
- Design systems that prioritize explainability, auditability, bias reduction, and transparency in decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and data teams to transition AI solutions from proof of concept to fully operational systems
- Assist in the development of AI strategies, roadmaps, and executive briefings to enhance AI capabilities across various programs
