Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT, help desk, or customer support preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Familiarity with Cisco, networking, or VoIP is a plus (not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco Webex Calling environments
- Assist customers with user management, call flows, and auto attendants
- Diagnose VoIP, call quality, routing, and application issues
- Address support requests via phone and ticketing system
- Provide post-installation assistance for new customer setups
- Work with the team to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
