Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Help Desk Technician role
- Proficient in Active Directory
- Familiarity with Exchange
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Expertise in Printer Setup & Connectivity
- Understanding of Networking concepts
- Experience with Firewall Configurations (Sonicwall, Meraki, Cisco, Fortigate)
- In-depth knowledge of MS 365 Admin roles and configuration including Entra ID, Exchange, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, SharePoint, and Role-Based Policies
Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage support calls from clients
- Assist clients with technical issues related to IT services
- Set up and connect printers as needed
- Configure and troubleshoot networking issues
- Handle firewall configurations and security measures
- Liaise with vendors for additional technical support when required
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of our clientele
