Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, or other modules)
- Proficient understanding of business processes and best practices in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant functional areas
- Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support
- Ability to convert business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) is a plus
- Experience with implementation partners or participating in cloud system rollouts is desirable
- Background in data conversions and integrations is beneficial
- Procurement experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous support for Oracle Fusion Cloud by resolving issues and assisting users
- Collaborate with internal system owners across various business units to enhance system performance
- Act as the main point of contact for all initiatives or issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including ERP and EPM
- Analyze business needs and translate them into Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Design and document process flows, configuration settings, and integration points
- Assist business teams with data import and export tasks
- Lead and test the integration of external systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Engage in cross-functional requirement gathering sessions and user acceptance testing for new initiatives
- Troubleshoot, process, and manage Oracle service requests as needed
- Review Oracle quarterly release notes to assess relevance and prepare for user adoption of new features
- Work collaboratively with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve system challenges
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices during development and implementation of Oracle Fusion
- Participate in change management and initiatives for continuous improvement
