Requirements
Must:
- I possess proficiency in SQL for querying databases and executing data analysis.
- I have experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, which are highly preferred.
- I am familiar with ETL tools like Talend or similar platforms.
- I have a strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
- I am knowledgeable in programming languages including Python, R, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell).
- I demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- I have experience in project management methodologies, with Agile being my preferred approach.
- I possess strong communication skills that allow me to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- I am capable of collaborating in a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- I analyze intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide business strategies.
- I develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to effectively visualize data.
- I collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications.
- I conduct ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data for analysis.
- I utilize programming languages such as Python and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- I design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems.
- I participate in Agile project management methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of data projects.
- I document processes, workflows, and data models using tools such as Visio.
- I support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing insights during various project phases.
- I apply business analysis skills to assess the effects of changes on existing systems and processes.
