Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in software development systems.
- 5-7 years of experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack as a Business Practitioner or Solution Architect.
- 5 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a focus on data and customer data platforms.
- 5 years of experience with one of the following: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B and/or B2C), and/or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
- Agile and SAFE Product Owner and Scrum Team Leader experience.
- 5 years in a key role for digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with collaborating on technology roadmaps with Product Managers.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack.
- Ability to identify and document functional and technical requirements, as well as non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Knowledge of various Adobe cloud services compatible with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability in AEM / Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Experience in integrating the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack with CRM, E-commerce, and portals.

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on large digital transformation initiatives that drive business value.
- Lead meetings and workshops to make key decisions related to the marketing ecosystem, focusing on data, integrations, and activations.
- Act as the overall program lead for implementing AXP (Adobe Experience Platform) and oversee technical delivery from strategy to implementation.
- Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver personalized, data-driven experiences.
- Stay informed on the latest technology trends across digital capability areas including data integration, customer data, and marketing automation.
- Provide insights on vendor platforms and support transformation initiatives.
- Design and deliver digital marketing platform strategies using the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform stack.
- Confidently interact with senior executives at the C-level and VP-level.
- Lead the development of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Conduct discovery workshops to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead Enterprise/Solution Architecture services to tackle customer problems.
- Stay aware of best practices and industry trends in omnichannel marketing and personalization.
- Deliver analytics and behavior models that align with business strategies.
- Define UI/UX strategies for customers.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, along with conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
